To our Valued Customers:
From the day when the Company was founded in 1947 to the present day, we have continued to manage the Company with an eye on you, our customers, and the quality that they demand,
because you have shown us over the years a desire for that more than anything - and that you will continue to support us when our products satisfy you.
We are more focused then ever on attention to detail, to putting the best quality goods in the box that we can. Being a family run business carries with it certain responsibilities; we feel as
though we put our name on every item we make. The old fashioned business ethics of "doing what is right", on which my Dad founded and built this Company, remain the foundation of how we operate today.
We thank you for the many letters you have sent us over the years; your input is always welcome. You challenge us always to improve, to excite you with design, to "Wow" you with
value. P.T. Barnum once said "There's a sucker born every minute". I don't think so. I believe the American consumer is the most knowledgeable consumer in the world, and
knows what he or she wants and needs. That is what our retail customers must deliver to the consumer in order to be successful. That is precisely why we work as hard as we do at "doing it right".
